Here’s how IIMS structures these programs:
Refresher Courses for Existing Teachers:
Designed specifically to rejuvenate and enrich the capabilities of educators, these courses address the risk of teachers becoming methodical and losing their passion over time. By offering a fresh look at Montessori principles, among other innovative teaching strategies, the courses aim to reignite educators' enthusiasm. They catalyze teachers, inspiring them to enter their classrooms with renewed energy and a novel approach to engaging their students.
Subject-Specific Workshops:
IIMS conducts workshops focused on particular subjects or areas of interest. These workshops aim to deepen teachers' knowledge in specific fields, such as Languages, mathematics, geometry, botany, history, geography, and astronomy. Subject-specific workshops are vital for teachers looking to specialize further in their subject areas or to stay updated with the latest research, pedagogical approaches, and educational trends.
