General information about the course

The Montessori method of education is based on a child’s developmental needs. It is based on the Theory of the Four Planes of Development, where the successive levels of education conform to the subsequent personalities of the child. The four critical developmental planes start from when a child is born to adulthood: 0-6 years, 6-12 years, 12-18 years, and 18-24 years.

Montessori philosophy recognizes that children have a natural desire to reach their potential. Their inherent love of learning is stimulated when they are given opportunities to engage in meaningful activities. This can be achieved by providing a proper balance of autonomy and guidance from specially trained teachers. It builds on the continuing self-construction of the child for the duration of the training.
